Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Intellectual Property Rights
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Prumio and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website. You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Subscriptions will automatically renew for additional monthly terms (each a "renewal term"), unless a party (the user) cancels their subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you or Prumio cancels it. To cancel your subscription, you may visit your account management page (provided after you purchase a plan).

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall ensure that you enter correct payment information (and keep it accurately updated) during checkout and beyond.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Prumio will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice or your account will be terminated and we will not longer provide the service to you.
Correspondence
By creating an Account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following

• publishing any Website material in any other media;
• selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
• publicly performing and/or showing any Website material;
• using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website;

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Prumio express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Prumio, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract.  Prumio, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
Fee Changes
Prumio, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Prumio will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Prumio from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
Variation of Terms
Prumio is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Account Termination
Prumio reserves the right to terminate your account and the service(s) provided at any time. This will also cancel future billing cycles.
Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
