How do I get started?

To get started, simply click the 'Get Started' button and complete your payment. You'll then be paired with a campaign manager and asked a few questions to begin your campaign.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! Simply log in to your account management area and cancel your membership.

What information do I need to provide?

We'll ask a few questions about your company, but we request that you provide/write a pitch so we can work with you to make it better.

Will I be tied to a contract?

No, we don't tie users into contracts. You can cancel at any time.

How long does the process take?

We work throughout the month to serve your campaign. The first 3-5 days are generally tweaking your pitch. The next 6-9 days are pitching outlets. Then we'll send 2 follow-ups (3 days apart each) and finally we'll send you campaign analytics at the end of the month.

I'm not a US/UK based startup, will this work for me?

If your product is suitable for English speaking markets, you'll be suitable for Prumio.
